The suites were designed by our family which includes two downtown Troy business owners of over 25 years, and a current PhD student from Albany Medical College. We have worked together to rehabilitate a historic Troy site into a luxury off-campus housing facility.  Unlike other off-campus housing choices we live and work locally and are ready to help at a moments notice! 

 

Unique space for off-campus living

For now, we are a 3-floor, 15 unit complex located in the historic New York land-marked site of Manory's Restaurant, a local student favorite and 100-year old restaurant in thriving Downtown Troy, NY.

Construction was completed in 2017. The massive renovation featured a complete rehab of the complex but worked to preserve the sites historic atmosphere while incorporating modern amenities, to create a luxury living environment.

Simple, headache free housing

Monthly rent is all inclusive

Meaning that you pay one flat rate price for your room, utilities, wifi and services (such as monthly cleaning) that we provide. Online payment makes us the simplest place to live in Troy.

​

Every room is completely furnished so you don't need to buy and move furniture and includes access to on-floor kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. 

​

All plumbing and electric was replaced and updated. From electric outlets and plumbing to routers and refrigerators everything is new and of the highest quality (ask to see each floors utility closet when you tour- they're impressive). You won't have to worry about leaky faucets or other headaches of old buildings in Troy.

Singles or Groups may apply

 Single students or students part of small groups (2-5 students) may apply for an individual single, furnished bedroom suite which includes off-suite, on-floor access to 2 beautiful, modern bathrooms, a fantastic, spacious kitchen, a large living room with huge bay windows and on-floor washer/dryer access. These spaces have shared access to only the 4 other suites on your floor (5 students/floor).
