Single Suites

 Apply for a fully furnished bedroom with shared bathroom/kitchen/living room space (with 4 others). Much like a dorm, floors will be regulated to a single gender and cleaning service will be provided. Your keys gains access to the building and your floor. While your single suite has a individual key lock for you. We used metal door jams as well as high strength industrial locks and bolts for the most secure indoor suite entrances possible.

Applying for 5-Bedroom, Full Floor Rental

Your group will have exclusive access to a single floor with 5 suites, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and washer/dryer set.

Applying with 2, 3 or 4 Individuals

 We will accept applications for groups of other numbers. Open rooms on these floor will be filled with single applicants of the same gender.
